Objectives
The CHP leads the health improvement agenda on behalf of One Nottingham, Nottingham City Council and Nottingham City Primary Care Trust , and work in partnership with the voluntary sector. This is done through:
- Ensuring the successful implementation of the Health FTAP and taking the lead for the overall implementation of the Healthier Communities and Older People block of the LAA and contributing to the cross cutting themes
- Leading the implementation of the Choosing Health White Paper on public health on behalf of the local community
- Commissioning services to contribute towards the delivery of the One Nottingham's targets
