Neighbourhood Management

Nottingham City Council has a strong commitment to neighbourhood management and local delivery. There are nine area committees covering the whole City (click here for an Area Committees Map showing the boundaries of the nine areas). Each Area also has a Neighbourhood Manager with a small Neighbourhood Management Team to support the work of the Area Committee, to engage with local communities and ensure that local services best fit local need.

The nine areas comprise clusters of two or three wards. Sub-divisions of these Areas have also been agreed to support community engagement and action at a more local level. These smaller areas are generally known as ‘Neighbourhood Voices’. Maps of these areas will be available here in due course. See also: the Residents pages on the NCC website.

Local Community Plans

The nine areas each has a Local Community Plan, currently in draft form. The Plans contain actions and performance measures.

Below are the completed drafts of the Neighbourhood Management Local Community Plans. We are using the partnership zone as a means to share the draft LCP's with our partners and asking for final comments and feed back. If you have any comments to make regarding the draft plans, can you forward these to Steve Harrison or Chris Lowry
