Objectives
The Neighbourhood Management service has five strategic priorities:- Enhancing our knowledge and understanding of our communities.
- Enabling and supporting active citizenship and engagement.
- Building successful partnerships focused on the community priorities.
- Providing the framework for effective area and neighbourhood governance.
- Creating a performance management framework that drives improvement.
Objectives of this site
To make it easier for partner agencies to become more involved in neighbourhood management and to engage with the Council’s Neighbourhood Management Service, through access to information, documents and links.
In the short term, the site has been established to support the development of Local Community Plans for the nine Areas and the sharing of performance management information.
