Objectives
Nottinghamshire Joint Sustainability Appraisal Partnership
The main objective of the joint approach to Sustainability
Appraisal is to simplify the process of collecting baseline information for the
SA Scoping Report. The remit of the partnership is focused on stages A1 (a
review of relevant Plans, Policies and Programmes)
and A2 (the collection of baseline data) of the SA process.
Other objectives of the partnership relate to how the Partnership operates.

reviews of relevant Plans, Policies and Programmes,
and the table of baseline indicators. A separate ‘How to’ document contains
help and step by step instructions to how to use the SA tools available from
nomad+.

- Provide a simple
method for partners to submit resources to NOMAD+ and maintain the
associated metadata for their own resources.
